The level of English domain in Mexico is very low

and with great limitations and voids (Mexicanos

Primero, 2015).

• México has the 88th position out of 111 assessed

countries.

• In Latin America it has the position 19 of 20 –

going down 4 places in relation to the previous

year (EPI, 2022).

• A monolingual society favors social inequality

and limits its development. (Mexicanos Primero,

2015).
